REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES

3 to 5+ years experience in machine maintenance or industrial tech roles
Strong electrical/mechanical troubleshooting across motors, pneumatics, sensors, PLCs
Familiarity with Durst, Zund, or large-format digital printers (preferred)
Comfort with computer diagnostics, firmware updates, and vendor support software

CMMS/ERP MAINTENANCE TRACKING EXPERIENCE

Growth mindset and desire to help build a smart factory for the future

BONUS EXPERIENCE

PLC programming / I/O logic familiarity
Experience with predictive maintenance sensors, data acquisition
Exposure to industrial automation (cobots, AGVs, smart conveyors)
OSHA 10 or equivalent safety training

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
5 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain Durst, Zund, Canon, Colex, laminators, and roll/flatbed print & cut systems
Execute scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) across multiple production lines
Calibrate machines for color, registration, and precision cutting
Maintain accurate maintenance logs and parts inventory (via CMMS or ERP)
Collaborate with OEMs and vendors for repairs, upgrades, and diagnostics
Support production on machine uptime targets and daily line readiness
Provide insights into equipment reliability, automation opportunities, and line redesigns
Assist engineering with prototyping new machine integrations and automation retrofits
