Dunes Harbor Family Camp is a campus ministry of Grace Adventures Ministries. SUMMARY OF POSITION: The Maintenance & Grounds Supervisor is responsible for the care, safety, and presentation of the Dunes Harbor property. This role leads the maintenance and grounds team to ensure that facilities, infrastructure, and outdoor spaces are clean, functional, safe, and welcoming for guests, staff, and groups. This supervisor balances hands-on work, team leadership, and operational planning. The role exists to protect the property, support guest experience, and model servant leadership through excellence in work and attitude. This is a seasonal position. Dates are contracted at time of hire and are dependent on the operating season for Dunes Harbor. As the Maintenance & Grounds Supervisor, you are responsible to help fulfill the mission of Grace Adventures. You will oversee the team, systems and processes, and guest experience within the maintenance & grounds team, while contributing to campground-wide leadership. Area Supervisors must model servant leadership and be willing to offer discipleship and mentorship to all who are under their supervision. When scheduled, Area Supervisors may also serve as the Manager on Duty (MoD), providing leadership beyond their department and helping coordinate the overall operation of Dunes Harbor Family Camp. The result will be to provide a safe, Christian environment where both staff and families can be impacted. ASSUMPTIONS: This is a leadership role in a hospitality environment, requiring flexibility in schedule, including weekends, evenings, holidays, and peak seasons. All Supervisors will work weekends on a rotation as assigned by the Dunes Harbor Director. Work is performed in an outdoor, active, and guest-facing environment with changing weather and physical demands. Honest and Accurate in dealing with resources and finances Ability to work effectively with other staff and volunteers in areas of responsibility. A supportive attitude to the needs of staff, guests, and the organization's goals. Requirements QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum age: 21 1.Have a personal growing relationship with Jesus Christ 2.Strong Biblical Worldview 3. Willingness to teach and share about personal faith including devotionals 4.An attitude of excellence in workmanship 5.Desires to be part of a team 6.Able to organize, multi-task and problem solve 7.Possesses skills with computer and Google suit programs 8.A desire to learn and develop new skills 9.Self-disciplined and self-motivated 10.Ability to communicate well 12.Good health and stamina are required to implement campground programming. This will involve long hours and lifting at times. 13. Demonstrated experience in maintenance and/or grounds work. 14. Previous leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
