MAINTENANCE AND RELIABILITY ENGINEERING MANAGER
KBR is seeking an exceptional Maintenance and Reliability Engineering Manager to lead a highly qualified group of Maintenance and Reliability Engineers, Analysts and Subject Matter Experts supporting reliability, maintainability, supportability and interoperability (RMSQI) projects for major USAF weapon systems. We support most USAF weapon systems and accomplish a variety of tasks to improve weapon system availability as well as identify and solve obsolescence issues. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to lead a team of professionals to support various integrated project teams directly impacting the USAF warfighter. Our teams deliver high quality technical deliverables to the USAF that directly impact operational safety, suitability, and effectiveness (OSS&E) of major USAF weapon systems such as the F-16, A-10, T-38, F-22, F-35 and ICBM, making the warfighter more capable and effective in providing national security to our great nation.
The Manager leads a team focused on ensuring the reliability, availability, and maintainability of Air Force products, systems, or infrastructure. Responsible for developing and implementing reliability programs, analyzing failure data, and implementing solutions to improve reliability and reduce downtime. Collaborate with Engineering teams and Stakeholders to incorporate reliability considerations into design and processes. Identifies potential failures, analyses their root causes, and implements measures to prevent or mitigate them. Provides oversight and direction seeking to improve the reliability, durability, and performance of aerospace structures and systems.
