PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

• A minimum of seven (7) years of experience in reliability and maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
• At least five (5) years of leadership experience, with a demonstrated ability to lead teams and deliver operational improvements.

TECHNICAL SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

• Solid understanding of engineering systems and manufacturing best practices.
• Demonstrated success in reducing manufacturing costs and improving performance through effective team leadership and process optimization.
• Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
• Proficiency in SAP, Allen Bradley, and other industrial systems.
• Experience implementing Preventive Maintenance strategies and utilizing Reliability Engineering tools to maintain equipment efficiency and uptime.
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, or equivalent methodologies is highly desirable.

• Preventive Maintenance: Implementing regular maintenance schedules to prevent equipment breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
• Repairs: Addressing any issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency.
• Equipment Upgrades: Evaluating and recommending upgrades to improve productivity and safety.
