Description Maintenance & Renovation Technician Location: Pittsburgh, PA Join Riva Ridge Real Estate Services and make an impact! Our technicians keep residential and commercial properties in top shape, handling repairs, maintenance, and renovations. If you’re hands-on, detail-oriented, and love problem-solving, we want you on our team! What You’ll Do Renovation Projects Assist with demolition, construction, and finishing tasks. Follow plans and instructions from renovation leads or supervisors. Maintenance & Repairs Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Conduct routine and preventative maintenance to keep properties in excellent condition. Carpentry & Construction Frame, install drywall, paint, and finish spaces. Install flooring, cabinetry, and fixtures. Support both minor and major renovation tasks. Plumbing & Electrical Work Install and repair plumbing systems (fixtures, pipes, water heaters). Perform basic electrical work (outlets, switches, lighting). General Labor & Safety Load/unload materials, maintain clean and organized work areas. Ensure tools and equipment are in good working order. Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE. Requirements What We’re Looking For High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver’s license. Experience in maintenance or construction a plus—but not required! Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and best practices. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to prioritize, manage time, and meet deadlines. Flexibility to adapt to emergencies, weather, and changing tasks.
