  • Proven experience in truck and trailer maintenance coordination.
  • Strong knowledge of truck and trailer parts, systems, and service procedures.
  • Proficiency in MIR Software is a must.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with transportation regulations and safety standards.
  • Valid driver’s license (Class AZ or DZ preferred but not mandatory).

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

  • 3+ years in a similar role within the transportation or logistics industry.
  • Experience working with fleet management systems and service scheduling tools.
  • Technical certification in automotive or heavy vehicle maintenance is an asset.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Maintenance and Service Coordinator with strong experience in truck and trailer maintenance. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of truck and trailer parts, service procedures, and be proficient in using MIR Software for managing maintenance records and service schedules.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate and schedule regular maintenance and emergency repairs for trucks and trailers.
  • Maintain accurate service records using MIR Software.
  • Liaise with vendors, mechanics, and service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective repairs.
  • Monitor inventory of truck and trailer parts and place orders as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and transportation regulations.
  • Track and report on maintenance KPIs and fleet performance.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to drivers and operations staff regarding vehicle issues.
  • Assist in budgeting and cost control for maintenance operations.
