Overall job purpose
To assist the Technical Services Manager with the overall day to day running of the Repairs and Maintenance Service with particular regard to ensuring a high quality, cost effective service in day to day repairs, empty homes and minor adaptations.
To establish a culture and focus on putting the customer at the heart of the service and to create a culture of continuous improvement, efficiency and innovation within the Housing Maintenance Team.
