Description Tarantino Properties is now hiring for an experienced Maintenance HVAC for our multifamily apartment community in Austin, TX. Duties: Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner Resolve maintenance issues in the area of A/C, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements Maintain snow removal, cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas Provide residents with outstanding customer service Requirements Previous apartment maintenance experience required Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, appliances, unit turns, vendor relations.
