What You'll Be Doing Assist with troubleshooting and repairing electrical and mechanical systems in an industrial setting Learn to install, maintain, and calibrate plant equipment and instrumentation Support preventative maintenance programs and document work performed Participate in safety inspections and follow all safety protocols Attend required technical schooling as part of the 2.5-year apprenticeship program What Are We Looking For Strong interest in electrical and mechanical systems Ability to work safely and follow detailed instructions Willingness to learn and attend required schooling Demonstrated reliability and teamwork Basic computer literacy and communication skills Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check Enrollment and active participation in the 2.5-year apprenticeship program, which includes classroom instruction and on-the-job training Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
