DUTIES WILL INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Health & Safety, Fire & Environmental Compliance Checks.
• Carry out Minor Electrical & Plumbing repairs
• Check all rooms and undertaking general maintenance.
• On occasions you will be required to work in client areas and therefore be comfortable alongside vulnerable residents.
• Report defects in equipment and the general fabric of the unit to the Home Manager
• Take action to assess the management of risk, and to reduce where possible, the impact on residents, visitors, staff and Company Property.
• Consistently observe Company Infection Prevention & Control policies, procedures and best practice guidance in order to maintain high standards of Infection Prevention & Control.
