We are seeking a skilled and reliable Assistant Maintenance Technician in Boone, NC area to join our team at Blue Ridge Mountain Club.   The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the Landscaping and Grounds Manager in performing routine and preventive maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring our facilities and equipment remain in excellent working condition.   This position is part-time, 20-25 hours per week.    The pay rate is $15.00 hourly based on experience and qualifications.   Key Responsibilities: * Perform general maintenance and repairs on building systems, equipment, and machinery. * Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance tasks. * Diagnose and resolve simple electrical, and plumbing issues. * Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies. Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred. * Proven experience in maintenance, repair, or a related field. * knowledge of electrical, plumbing, painting and drywall repairs. * Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics. * Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in various environments.
Responsibilities
