Are you a problem-solver who likes working with your hands, being on the move, and making sure things run smoothly? We’re looking for a Maintenance Assistant who thrives in the field—someone who can handle minor fixes, keep properties clean and safe, and jump in when something needs attention.
This role is a key part of our operations team, helping maintain a portfolio of office and industrial properties to the highest standard. From changing light bulbs to tackling seasonal safety tasks, your work will directly contribute to the experience of our tenants and the overall health of our buildings.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:BASIC MAINTENANCE & REPAIRS

• Replace light bulbs, ceiling tiles, door stops, signs, and other minor fixtures
• Touch up paint (bollards, curbs, fences, etc.) and clean up graffiti or spills
• Keep mechanical and electrical rooms clean and organized (including painting pumps and piping)

SAFETY & SEASONAL TASKS

• Apply salt or sand to sidewalks during icy conditions
• Perform seasonal and vacancy inspections, flagging safety hazards (like ice buildup or trip risks)
