Department: Administration Reports To: Special Projects Coordinator Location: Howell, MI Pay: Hourly, Part Time, Seasonal, Non-Exempt, no benefits Effective Date: 6/7/2026 Summary: We are seeking a motivated and student to join our team as a Part-Time Summer Maintenance Assistant. This role involves assisting with general maintenance tasks around our facilities and vehicles, helping keep our property and equipment in top condition. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience, develop work skills, and contribute to a team environment. Key Responsibilities: * Wash and clean windows inside and out. * Wash, wax, and maintain company vehicles and trailers. * Assist with painting projects as needed. * Perform outdoor maintenance, including mowing, weeding, and general landscaping tasks. * Help with miscellaneous maintenance tasks and projects as assigned. * Follow safety guidelines and proper use of tools and equipment. Skills & Competencies: * Reliable, punctual, and responsible. * Willingness to perform physical labor in various weather conditions. * Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team. * Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
