We are currently recruiting a Maintenance Assistant at our care home in Sleights, Whitby.
To action both planned and reactive maintenance issues & prioritise in terms of urgency

BUILDING MAINTENANCE SKILLS-

Plumbing, joinery, plastering skills
Painting and decorating skills
Fire alarm drill testing
Performing minor fixes such as repairing broken locks/taps/lights
Water temperature checks
Health and safety knowledge relating to building maintenance

Expected hours: 18 – 28 per week
