We are seeking to add an amazing, energetic, and enthusiastic Full Time Maintenance Technician to our team. Successful candidate will be able to work independently with minimal supervision. Responsible for Light maintenance / painting / wall patching, some custodial, and other duties as needed. Must be self-motivated, energetic, extremely organized and have an eye for detail. Previous experience preferred. The ideal applicant is someone who desires success; embraces high standards of excellence; is motivated by new challenges and has the skills to complete the job including being organized, dependable, has knowledge of apartment rehabilitation, plumbing, appliance repair, and carpentry.
