Maintenance Assistant Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Trade school certificate in one or more of the major trades (job experience may be substituted) At least two (2) years of experience in maintenance, construction, or power plant work Ability to work independently Ability to make decisions independently Ability to understand and follow both written and oral instructions
