Description Maintenance Assistant At Peak Resources, a leading NC skilled nursing, memory care and assisted living company, with nine locations across North Carolina, our top priority is providing a relaxing and comforting environment that focuses on the well-being and happiness of our residents. We are currently seeking a qualified Maintenance Assistant to join our team at Peak Resources (facility name). This may be a full-time or part-time position. Excellent compensation and benefits! Typical Work Schedule is: Monday - Friday - 8AM-4:30pm Role Responsibilities Maintains the grounds, facility, equipment in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with current applicable Federal, State, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations, our policies and procedures, and as may be directed by your supervisor, to assure that a successful maintenance program is maintained at all times.
