Description Little Flower Manor is seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician with strong hands-on experience in painting, carpentry, drywall repair, and room renovations. You do not need to be skilled in every trade — but we are looking for someone who brings practical craftsmanship, good judgment, and pride in quality workmanship. This role is essential to keeping our resident rooms safe, attractive, and ready for occupancy. Responsibilities: Maintain a safe, clean, and hazard-free facility Perform routine maintenance on building systems, equipment, and grounds Complete basic repairs in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting Assist with room turnovers, minor renovations, and equipment moves Support fire safety and prevention measures; follow OSHA and life-safety regulations Participate in seasonal snow removal Manage time effectively and prioritize tasks Participate in on-call rotation and occasional weekend coverage Requirements High School diploma or GED Experience in one or more of the following: carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical At least 2–5 years of maintenance experience in painting, carpentry, drywall repair, or room renovation work — experience in all areas is not required. Strong verbal communication skills for reporting and discussing maintenance needs Clean valid driver’s license Ability to lift 60 lbs or more Providing examples of prior work (photos, descriptions, or project summaries) is helpful and encouraged.
