This job description is intended to give the post holder an appreciation of the role envisaged for this position and the range of duties undertaken. It does not attempt to detail every activity, and should be utilised as a general guide, detailing the minimum requirements and responsibilities of the position. Specific tasks and objectives will be agreed with the post holder following the appraisal process and on an as and when required basis throughout the post holder’s period of employment.

Responsibilities:

Work within a facilities team to upkeep the facility to the highest standard possible.
Carry out repairs to the required safety and quality standards.
Carry out all maintenance tasks as per service agreement timelines.
Record and complete all work requests in Maximo in a timely fashion
Assist in all room and AV setup requests
Administrative tasks as delegated by the onsite FM
Providing proactive support in delivering a wide range of services to the client and its
customers throughout its business operations.
Assist AV Specialist onsite.
Respond to Facilities Helpdesk calls.
Set up rooms for meetings and rearrange afterwards.
Set up spaces required for the events onsite
Support office relocations moves and office re-layouts.
Support PPM activities, Energy, Wastes and Cleaning checks across the site
Comply and be familiar with relevant Health and Safety requirements and ensure that fire, health and safety regulations are adhered to in all parts of the building and car park by inspecting, checking signage and advising on defects.
Installing monitors, desks and any other piece of equipment or furniture as required by client
Carry out any reasonable work request made by your line manager which you are deemed competent to do so.
