We have an exciting new opportunity for a Maintenance Assistant to support the property maintenance services here at Moddershall Oaks Country Spa Retreat.

The duties associated with this position are property wide and include, but are not limited to:

• Carry out repairs as instructed on site including painting & decorating, plastering repairs , joinery, and other general maintenance tasks.
• Have knowledge of basic electrical and plumbing maintenance tasks.
• Support the Maintenance and Facilities Engineer by carrying out a variety of PPM tasks in line with the scheduled work cycle.
• Assist with responding to the company job card maintenance system, keeping the Maintenance and Facilities Engineer up to date with job progress and completion.
• Help to maintains pools and associated plants. Ensure the correct maintenance of water chemistry across all pools and specifically respond to abnormal readings and correct to prescribed tolerances.
• Assist with grounds maintenance.

SALARY: £28,000-£30,000 DEPENDANT ON EXPERIENCE
