We are currently seeking an Maintenance Assistant Entry Level. This role is critical in that the overall operating condition of the facility is a key factor in determining a first impression. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the overall maintenance and upkeep of this beautiful facility and ensuring the facility is pristine in appearance both inside and out. Prior experience in a skilled nursing/rehab facility required. Must be a service oriented, customer centered individual with a commitment to the overall goals for success. . Must possess, as a minimum, a high school education or its equivalent. • Must have, as a minimum in a maintenance/plant related position. • Must be knowledgeable of boilers, compressors, generators, etc., as well as various mechanical, electrical & plumbing systems. • Must have the ability to read and interpret blueprints. • Must be knowledgeable in building codes and safety regulations. • Must be licensed in accordance with current applicable standards, codes, labor laws, etc. • Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language.
