If yes, how you will contribute to the team: As a Maintenance Assistant, you will support the Maintenance Department by ensuring that the facility environment is maintained in a clean, safe, and comfortable manner, following company policies and procedures. You will assist with the operation, repair, and maintenance of boilers, compressors, generators, HVAC systems, electrical and plumbing systems, and other equipment in accordance with federal, state, and local standards. Must Have: * High school diploma or equivalent. * 1-3 years’ experience in the operation of boilers, compressors, generators, and mechanical systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing). * Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring schematics, etc. * Knowledgeable in building codes, safety regulations, and maintenance practices. * Licensed in accordance with current applicable standards, codes, labor laws, etc. * Ability to plan and carry out repair programs, new construction, and equipment installation. * Ability to control and track direct spending and labor budgets. Nice to Have: * Experience in a healthcare facility. Responsibilities
Support the Maintenance Department by ensuring the facility remains clean, safe, and comfortable. Assist in the operation and repair of critical mechanical systems including boilers, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
