Alavida Lifestyles is looking for a Part Time Maintenance Assistant for our seniors residence located in Orleans, ON. The Maintenance Assistant reports directly to the Concierge Manager, and is responsible for general upkeep and maintenance of the building and grounds in good condition.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience working in a maintenance role in a retirement committee, apartment/residences, or hospitality setting
• Demonstrable previous experience performing minor and routine repairs
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently to maintain Resident suites and common areas
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Must have a passion for working with seniors
