Description Position Details We are looking for an ambitious and determined individual to join our growing team as a maintenance assistant. This position will be responsible for ensuring smooth facility operations by performing routine preventive maintenance, assisting with repairs, and troubleshooting issues with equipment. Requirements Education / Experience High school diploma or equivalent Experience in trades (electrical, plumbing, mechanical) strongly preferred Preferred Skills Ability to safely operate hand and power tools (requirement) General mechanical knowledge, preferably in a manufacturing environment (highly preferred) Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects Must be able to stand, kneel, and bend for extended periods Willingness to learn Good communication skills Problem solving skills Basic plumbing, carpentry, and electrical knowledge
