Description Responsibilities · Manage pool and beach staff. · Trash management throughout the day within the pool areas and beach. · Beach towel management within the pool and beach. · Maintain dress code of members and guests in and around pool areas. · Maintain club policies around the pool areas, tennis courts and beach. · Assist elderly members where needed. · Assist with pool and beach entertainment in season. · Assist with Har-Tru tennis court grooming in the morning, training will be provided. Requirements Qualities · An ideal candidate would be someone looking for seasonal employment. · Punctual and available to start at 6:00am for at least two shifts. · Need to be able to work with and manage young adults, be a team player. · Ability to address children appropriately when they are not abiding by club policies. · Ability to address members appropriately who are not complying with club policies. · Must have a valid driver’s license. · Must be able to cope with working outside in the elements. · Must be available for holiday weekends within the club’s season. · Ability to lift pool and beach furniture, be able to climb stairs and walk on the beach without any difficulty.
Responsibilities
