Bridgewater Assisted Living Community is currently seeking a Maintenance Assistant to to ensure the maintenance and upkeep of the building and grounds through routine procedures and special work orders. Responsibilities: Responds to and completes resident work orders, insuring quality of service to maximum resident satisfaction. Performs work needed to ready apartments for move-in as assigned. Performs general maintenance projects as assigned, including installations and repairs involving plumbing and electrical equipment, carpentry work, painting, equipment repair, snow removal and outside landscaping maintenance. Knowledgeable of all property emergency, safety/disaster plans and procedures. Responds promptly to emergencies. Maintains office, shops, storage and mechanical. Performs other duties as assigned. Requirements 1+ years of experience in a Maintenance role required. 1+ years of experience in a Senior Living Community highly preferred. HVAC Certification. Must have knowledge of facility maintenance and repairs including electrical, mechanical, HVAC, carpentry, locksmith, painting and other general repairs. Responsibilities

The Maintenance Assistant will ensure the upkeep of the building and grounds by responding to resident work orders, completing move-in ready tasks, and performing general maintenance projects involving plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting.
