Job Description Repairs, paintwork, fire protection, occupational safety – as a technical all-rounder, you will ensure that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. You will therefore be responsible for: Undertaking a tour of the premises every day to identify any defects in the hotel and carrying out the appropriate repair and renovation work Monitoring the seamless functionality of equipment, lifts and technical facilities in the hotel Ensuring that all outdoor areas are cleaned and maintained Communicating, liaising and cooperating with external companies, in particular checking any maintenance work Gaining interdepartmental insights into new areas of activity by working in our multicultural teams Qualifications You are a hotel professional with manual skills or a tradesperson with a passion for the hotel industry?
