Experience The EMBREY Way by joining our dynamic Property Management team as a Maintenance Assistant at The Finch. As a Maintenance Assistant, you will maintain the buildings and ancillary/amenity areas along with assisting the Maintenance Supervisor in the operations of the Maintenance Department and meeting the needs of our residents and staff. Responsibilities * Inspect and maintain the property, buildings and equipment. * Organize, prioritize and complete unit make-readies, service requests and general maintenance tasks. * Ensure the grounds, buildings and units are fully functional, safe and attractive. * Respond to emergency conditions before, during or after business hours. * Maintain supplies, tools and equipment needed for maintenance and repairs. Qualifications * One year maintenance experience in property management or related field * Possession of minimum tools required * Ability to be available “on call” 24 hours, seven days a week * High school diploma or equivalent, preferred * Valid Driver’s License Required Testing * Criminal Background Check, Non-DOT Testing, MVR Position Type * Hourly Rate - $24-26/hr, Non-Exempt, Based on Experience * Full-time * Competitive pay & benefits (including healthcare & 401k) Position Location * Denver, CO: Reporting: direct to Maintenance Supervisor.
