Requirements Associate duty examples: • Checking log for active work orders • Walking and noticing any possible problems in the building • Reporting to chief engineer at beginning and end of shift • Work with other staff to ensure guest satisfaction • Ability to work independently • Simple pool maintenance • Exterior grounds upkeep • A strong know-how of how things work Additional Requirements: Previous experience in a maintenance technician role in a hotel setting is preferred. Availability for varying shifts, including weekends and holidays. Strong organizational and communication skills.
