Providence Place at the Collegeville Inn is seeking to recruit a Part Time Maintenance Associate. The Maintenance Associate works closely with the Maintenance Director to keep our building in good working order. A typical day involves painting an apartment, assisting a resident moving into our community, helping with preventive maintenance and handling several work orders. Hours: 20 hours per week; times vary Critical Success Factors: * Good work ethic and positive attitude * Patient and kind with elderly residents * Good painting skills (all other skills we will teach) * Follows good safety practices * Courteous and respectful to co-workers and residents. Minimum Qualifications: * Good Painting skills * Basic understanding of plumbing and electrical systems * Valid driver’s license; must have clean driving record with no major violations over the past two years.
