Description
The Maintenance Associate is responsible to perform maintenance activities per the Maintenance Program and ensure on-time delivery of equipment in accordance with operational demand. The Maintenance Associate supports initiatives to improve the maintenance-related Cost of Service Delivery (CoSD), Maintenance Efficiency, People Productivity, and Asset Availability within the Center of Reliability and Efficiency (CRE) or Maintenance Base (MB), or Maintenance Center. Under direct supervision of either a Maintenance Supervisor, or Maintenance Technician, perform assigned higher-level maintenance activities. Adhere to transactional discipline within Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) business systems, accurately capturing maintenance related data. Comply with Schlumberger and respective division TLM standards. Maintain and build competency in compliance with the TLM Competency Management System. Participate in and support continuous improvement (CI) initiatives. Craft Certification or related experience in mechanical, technical or similar field Strong mechanical aptitude Basic computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office Must be able to work in a team environment Must be able to perform the essential functions in a fast-paced and high-stress environment
