Maintenance Associate Location: Crater Lake, OR, 97604 JOB DESCRIPTION: The Maintenance Associate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on buildings, grounds, and equipment at the Crater Lake location. This includes but is not limited to: * Performing basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work * Performing routine inspections of buildings and equipment * Assisting with snow removal and other seasonal maintenance tasks * Keeping accurate records of maintenance and repairs REQUIREMENTS: * High school diploma or equivalent * At least 2 years of experience in maintenance or a related field * Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work * Ability to operate and maintain equipment such as snow blowers, lawn mowers, and power tools * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills * Valid driver's license PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: * Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds * Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods of time * Ability to work in all weather conditions We maintain a drug-free workplace to ensure the safety and well-being of all employees.
