Job Description Included but limited to; Carry out general maintenance and upkeep of the hotel, keeping all areas in exceptional condition. Complete a range of minor repairs across the property, including basic plumbing, carpentry, painting, tiling, bathroom maintenance, and glazing (such as replacing broken windowpanes). Repair and install internal and external fittings as required, such as sliding doors, fly screens, drawers, cupboard doors, door locks, curtain rods, and tiles. Liaise with departments and the Maintenance Manager in relation to work requirements. Plan and prioritise jobs to ensure deadlines are met Qualifications Hands-on experience in building maintenance, construction, or related fields. Confident handling a variety of maintenance tasks across a luxury hotel environment. Experience in basic carpentry, glazing (windowpanes), tiling, and grouting. Safe and competent in the use of hand and power tools. Able to identify and fix minor maintenance or structural issues. Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines efficiently. Team player with excellent communication skills to work smoothly with all departments. Flexible and adaptable, ready to assist in other maintenance areas as needed.
