Job Description Are you a hands-on Maintenance & Automation Engineer ready to step up and lead? We are looking for a passionate professional to optimize complex industrial processes and get the best out of a technical team. In this role, you will take the lead in ensuring the peak performance and continuity of our critical production assets at our Brwinów site. You will act as the primary Subject Matter Expert for process automation while gaining direct leadership experience. Key Responsibilities Design, optimize, and modify complex automation controls (hardware and software - Siemens and Rockwell/Allen-Bradley) for manufacturing assets and facilities. Define and execute proactive, efficient maintenance programs to guarantee the continuous, reliable operation of all production equipment. Directly manage and provide technical guidance to one maintenance engineer, leveraging your expertise to elevate team performance. Take ownership of the local maintenance budget, efficiently managing critical suppliers and specialized subcontractors. Collaborate closely with Operations, EHS, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to seamlessly integrate technical upgrades and improve overall asset reliability. Qualifications Required Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Automation Engineering or a related technical field, coupled with 3+ years of relevant professional experience. Comprehensive, hands-on understanding of major Process Automation disciplines (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell) across hardware, software, and documentation standards. Full Professional Working Proficiency in both English and Polish is essential for effective local and international collaboration. Skills you need to succeed: Leadership potential with experience in direct people management, project team leadership, or mentoring. Demonstrated success in process optimization with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
