Description The Edgewater Hotel, Seattle’s only luxury waterfront hotel, is seeking an Utility Engineer to join our Engineering team! The Building Maintenance Engineer will resolve issues for guest to AAA Four Diamond standards. This position will be the first response to all hotel maintenance and/or housekeeping service calls including, but not limited to, basic plumbing, electrical, heating/cooling system troubleshooting, fireplace trouble calls, etc. KEY COMPETENCIES: Basic plumbing, electrical and mechanical aptitude Must be very detailed oriented and have a professional demeanor AVAILABILITY NEEDED: M-F, 7a-3p with flexibility.
