We are looking to add a maintenance tech with a focus on carpentry to our well rounded maintenance team. The General Maintenance position involves performing routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on buildings, grounds, and equipment to ensure they are safe, functional, and aesthetically pleasing. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting and fixing issues in plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems, as well as carpentry, painting, and landscaping. The Ideal candidate will have carpentry skills to assist with new upcoming projects.
