Management of the maintenance team. Compliance with the country's legal regulations. Oversight of the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System). Development of continuous improvement and innovation initiatives. We are looking for a profile with the following qualifications and competencies: Vocational Training or Industrial Engineering, preferably with a specialization in electricity, electronics, or mechanics. At least 3 years of experience in similar positions. Experience in desalination maintenance or water treatment will be highly valued. Proficiency in French. International geographic mobility.
