About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance operations of our commercial laundry facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all equipment and machinery are functioning efficiently and effectively, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity. As the Maintenance Chief, you will be responsible for managing a team of maintenance technicians and ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and serviced. Required Qualifications: * Commercial Laundry Experience Highly Preferred. * 5+ years of experience in maintenance management in a commercial laundry facility. * Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures and best practices. * Experience managing a maintenance team; must have excellent leadership skills. * Must be able to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.  Long hours are a part of the job. Preferred Qualifications: * Electrical and Planning & Control of Maintenance (PCM) experience. * Lean Manufacturing principles experience. * Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) working knowledge. * Predictive maintenance techniques & practices. Finally, you will need to have strong communication skills to effectively communicate with other departments and stakeholders.
