SUMMARY  We are looking for a Maintenance Clerk to update and maintain information on our company databases and computer systems. Maintenance Clerk (Labeling) responsibilities include collecting and entering data in databases and maintaining accurate records of valuable company information. Our ideal candidate has essential data entry      Recognize trends and patterns in individual equipment and technicians to assist management team in successful and economical decisions on repair, replacement of equipment. Hours: 7AM-3:30PM ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES *   Daily Clerical and bookkeeping duties for the Maintenance Department. *    Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities. *    Evaluate data to improve scheduled maintenance routine to avoid downtime situations. *    Recognize trends and patterns in individual equipment and technicians to assist management     team in successful and economical decisions on repair, replacement of equipment. *   Generate reports using excel and MP2 *   Scan documents and print files, when needed *   Responsible for creating and managing files, perform internal documentation audits.  *   Help develop and implement root cause analysis procedures that will eliminate unnecessary expenses. *    Assist with inventory control of Maintenance supplies. *    Assist the Maintenance Planner with scheduling in the Labeling department       QUALIFICATIONS & Requirements * Proven data entry work experience, as a Data Entry Operator or Office Clerk * Experience with MS Office and data programs * Experience using office equipment, printer, and scanner * Typing speed and accuracy * Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation * Attention to detail * Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks * Capable of working in a fast paced environment * High school diploma; additional computer training or certification will be an asset
