Description
  • Job Responsibilities:-
    -Liaises with the Procurement manager to determine the product needs by the Hotel.
  • To deal with the supplier on product availability, to get the best price and delivery times.
  • Assesses cost of company purchase
  • Arrange and process the ordering of goods for hotel usage & department request.
  • issuing purchase order / delivery note / Invoices & key in data entry for receiving & purchase items.
  • Coordinate and finalize details of all Hotel function, catering and deliveries.
    Requirements:
  • Diploma in Engineering/ Diploma in Accounting or related
  • Familiar with maintenance item/parts for hotel usage.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
