Facility Operations * Ensure all hotel facilities, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces, are in excellent condition. * Maintain compliance with brand standards for property upkeep and appearance. Safety and Compliance * Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, including fire safety and building codes. * Perform regular safety inspections and maintain records of certifications and inspections. Collaboration with Other Departments Work closely with housekeeping, front desk, and food & beverage teams to address maintenance needs promptly and support guest satisfaction. Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs or large-scale projects.
