Responsibilities
  • Establish and expand your territory in either Spokane or Vancouver by fostering strong relationships with commercial clients and property managers.
  • Focus on the service, modernization, and repair of low- to mid-rise elevators (excluding new high-rise construction or residential condo projects).
  • Successfully target and sign new accounts, with a first-year KPI of 100 elevators in service (10/month), and an annual repair sales goal of approximately $1M.
  • Work independently but stay connected—attendance at weekly in-person team meetings is required.
  • Leverage the full support of the company, including a collaborative sales team, responsive management, and supportive leadership.
  • Cold call, develop leads, and close deals with full autonomy.
  • Adopt a flexible, “scrappy” approach to win business in a competitive market.
