Maintenance Contract Assistant Role

Undertake any other duties as requested by the Contract Manager,
Work as part of a team on Service Desk
Plan in up and coming PPM tasks
prepare Risk and method statements for up and coming works
Effective communication with all levels of internal teams and external customers
Assistance with preparation of monthly contract review reports for key clients
Familiar with daily operations and the specific scope of the maintenance contracts
must be a team player
ideally experienced working within M&E / HVAC sector
