The Role As a Maintenance Control Officer, you’ll engage with all aspects of the airline’s operation to ensure the highest standards of aircraft performance. You’ll be responsible for delivering results, working to targets, reviewing progress, and adapting plans as needed. You’ll motivate yourself and your team to achieve, build positive relationships across different groups, and express ideas confidently and clearly. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract, working 12-hour day and night shifts on a 28-day rotating pattern (14 shifts per 28 days). > Good understanding of the difference between Part CAMO and Part 145 > Knowledge of EASA, FOCA and CAA regulations > Understanding of aircraft maintenance programmes > Basic understanding of aircraft engineering and its philosophy > Self-motivated, lateral thinker able to work under high pressure independently > Proven flexibility, teamwork and adaptability > Confident with MS Office and AMOS systems > Comfortable working in a dynamic and ambiguous environment, open to new ways of doing things and questioning existing approaches > Ability to build positive and constructive relationships with others What you’ll get in return > Up to 20%25 maximum bonus > 7%25 pension contributions > Medical Cash Plan > Excellent staff travel benefits > 25 days of annual leave > Annual credit towards an easyJet holiday > Various flexible benefits and extras Practicalities This role will be based in Luton and will be a shift based role. 28-day shift pattern working days and nights (12-hours).
