Stadler is seeking to appoint a Maintenance Control Room Contact (MCRC) representative at the Sandhills Integrated Electronic Control Centre. The successful candidate will support the production team by conducting live monitoring of Class 777 performance during operational hours, serving as the primary point of contact for our customer, Merseyrail Electrics. The ideal applicant will demonstrate outstanding health and safety practices and possess strong technical knowledge.

ORGANISATIONAL:

· Responsible for adhering to safety/quality systems and support their implementation.
· Embed a zero harm culture within the production function, ensuring that the safety of individuals and products is prioritised at all times.
· Initiate and implement (where authorised) action to prevent product non-conformities, HSQ&E incidents, process or system deficiencies.
· Annual identification and quantification of risks in order to complete the risk register.
· Demonstrate values based behaviour.
