Maintenance Controller (Dock Chief) Company: Boeing Qatar Incorporated Boeing Global Service is seeking for a Maintenance Controller (Dock Chief) to join the team in Al Udeid Air Base, Qatar. The Maintenance Controller (Dock Chief) is responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of scheduled phase inspections and maintenance actions on F-15 aircraft. This role leads maintenance teams to ensure aircraft are returned to service safely, on schedule, and in full compliance with technical data, quality assurance standards, and operational requirements. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee all aspects of F-15 phase inspection maintenance from aircraft induction through final operational check, directing multi-disciplinary teams of crew chiefs, specialists, and support personnel. Plan, schedule, and execute phase operations to meet sortie generation and mission requirements while managing workload distribution, task prioritization, and maintenance timelines. Monitor aircraft status, maintenance progress, and projected completion, coordinating with Production, Maintenance Operations Center (MOC), PS&D, supply, and backshop agencies to ensure on-time aircraft delivery and minimize downtime. Ensure all maintenance actions are accomplished in strict accordance with Technical Orders, Air Force Instructions, and established safety and quality standards. Provide technical leadership, hands-on guidance, and advanced troubleshooting for complex discrepancies and inspection findings. Enforce accurate maintenance documentation and system updates, ensuring forms, records, and discrepancy reporting are complete and compliant. Coordinate with Quality Assurance to support inspections, audits, and Red-X verification requirements while maintaining full regulatory compliance. Promote a culture of safety and risk management by conducting safety briefings, enforcing PPE/tool control, FOD prevention and ensuring adherence to hazardous material, explosive safety, and aircraft system safety procedures. Manage logistics and resource coordination, including parts availability, bench stock usage, support equipment, and resolution of supply constraints impacting production flow. Supervise, mentor, and develop maintenance personnel through on-the-job training, performance evaluation, and certification management to maintain a highly qualified workforce. Maintain accurate aircraft records, inspection documentation, and maintenance tracking to ensure airworthiness and audit readiness. This position requires the ability to obtain the US Security Clearance from the US Government. Basic Qualifications (Minimum Requirements): 7–10 years aircraft maintenance experience. Knowledge of USAF TO system. Excellent organizational, communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in high-temp operational settings. Ability to carry out and assign CUT (Cross Utilization Training) as required. Must be willing to work variable shifts, including weekends and overtime. Some positions may also be rotating shifts. Preferred Qualifications: Former USAF 7 level or 9 level. Dock Chief or Pro Super experience. Extensive knowledge of F-15 aircraft systems and scheduled maintenance requirements.
