Maintenance Controller
Location: South Normanton
Salary: £28,000 basic per annum plus other company benefits
Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm or 9pm - 6pm

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Controller for our client’s Commercial site in the South Normanton area. This is a superb opportunity for a Maintenance Controller to work for a busy and well-established leading market company.

MAINTENANCE CONTROLLER REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in maintenance coordination or similar roles within the Engineering, Manufacturing, or Automotive sectors.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and automated systems.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and industry standards.
  • IT literate

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate daily maintenance activities for manufacturing equipment and machinery.
  • Develop, schedule, and oversee preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment status.
  • Monitor and track inventory of spare parts and tools to ensure availability.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and diagnosing complex equipment issues.
  • Provide support to the operations team in achieving production targets.
