Responsibilities
  • Understand the contract including service outcome, scope, timelines and resource required
  • Issuing supplier purchase orders and updating cost trackers and tracking sheets
  • Administrating the management of transport for the service with client, partners and subcontractors
  • Administrating the management of inventory from receipt to dispatch and returns
  • Supporting the creation of support materials such as training guides, briefing documentation and booking in documentation
  • Updating all systems required for the service; including Team Haven, PHQ, Clarity, Mintsoft etc
  • Supporting the quality control process by reviewing work to ensure it aligns with the service agreement and brief
  • Supporting the communication of the service status, milestones and risks and issues
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships internally and externally
