Job Description Play a key role in our maintenance team as our Maintenance Coordinator, ensuring operations run seamlessly behind the scenes. In this full-time role, you’ll keep things on track—coordinating requests, supporting room readiness, and ensuring our maintenance standards reflect true luxury. What You’ll Do Coordinate engineering work requests through the system, ensuring timely follow-up and completion. Act as a key contact for the Engineering office, supporting internal teams and contractors. Monitor room status and maintenance issues, arranging urgent repairs as needed. Liaise with Front Office, Housekeeping, and Maintenance departments to ensure rooms are guest-ready. Maintain accurate records, including compliance certificates, and maintenance logs. Process invoices and assist with procurement, stock control, and inventory of engineering supplies. Support contractor coordination, preventative maintenance programs, and asset management. Ensure compliance with safety, security, and sustainability standards. Qualifications Previous administration or coordination experience (hotel or facilities environment highly regarded). Strong organisation and communication skills with great attention to detail. Ability to multitask and work collaboratively with multiple departments. Experience with maintenance or work-order systems (HotSOS or similar) is an advantage. A proactive attitude and commitment to delivering excellent service.
