Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Reporting to the Production Manager, we are seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Coordinator to lead and manage the maintenance activities of our manufacturing plant and facilities.
This role is key to minimising downtime and enhancing operational efficiency, safety, and productivity. You’ll be responsible for managing a team of maintenance operators, ensuring machinery and equipment are maintained and repaired efficiently, while supporting the plant’s operational goals.

There are a few essential tools you will need under your belt to be successful in this role:

  • Electrical Trade Certification (Refrigeration Licence is favourable)
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment
  • Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting and decision-making abilities
  • Strong computer literacy and data analysis skills
  • Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities
  • Clear and confident communication skills at all levels
  • Understanding of WHS, quality systems, and continuous improvement principle
